No lift from basement to ground floor, so from parking to reception we need to walk.which is not good as it's upwards. Biryani ordered was tasteless.

The food, the ambience, the staff, the safety measures. No one was wearing the mask Properly except those serving in the restaurant.

1. Staff is under staffed hence too much delay is service. 2.restaurants doesnt pick up the call for the room service 3. Rooms maintenance is not properly done. 4. Doesnt give a fee of 4 star not even 3 star.

Tub bath facility - which did not fully help as water was luke warm.

Housekeeping - one had to ask for hand towel. TV and cable STB operation. Housekeeping staff. Limited breakfast menu.No hot water - only luke warm water. Very hard and thick pillows.

Staff was helpful to help get my ola driver on the last day, which is great and otherwise cleanliness level was fine. Location is great! Lot of great restaurants and bars within 30- minute walk distance!

Overall the hotel is fine but the service quality doesn't match at all the level expected from a 4-star hotel especially a business one. First day we ordered breakfast set and half of the set only was served. After notifying the staff 3 times and having listened to whatever justification they had for not serving us properly we finally got the missing items. It's unbelievable to have to explain that to so many different people and to argue to get whatever is listed in the menu. Only one person seemed to know how to smile... ultimately they gave us free tea and juices but the mindset has to be changed or the menu if it's not correct. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking but our room definitely smelled as if someone had smoked there. The pool opens very late and closes early. 10 am to 6 pm only... Wifi is only for 2 devices even for 2 people room so if both need to work and use their phones then they can't.. There was some small hole on pillow cover and even one of the staff uniform... again not matching the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. I do think the breakfast starts late for a business hotel: 7:30 am... with 5 minutes delay on one day at least.

Dinner was better. Desserts need improvement. Breakfast was passable.

Good rooms!

Food was really bad! We stayed for 2 days and we hardly ate anything as everything we ordered on d first day wasn't good. They really need to work on thei chef.

Staff was very courteous

No hot water in shower and bath tub. Gymn was almost non functional. Treadmill was not working.

My request for an extension was not accepted initially. When I persisted that I shall be out, and will directly come, freshen-up and leave for my flight - I was made to pay 25% of th day rate for an additional 2 hour extension. Otherwise, it was all good.

The property is perfectly located with spacious rooms and was a short drive away from major attractions/ work place. The staff was well mannered and helpful.

The basics, including maintenance of the property, requires a little looking into.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable and so was the bathroom Biotique products kept for use while taking shower is a plus. Wash Basin and Shower area are separate. That's another plus. Staff is friendly and courteous

Food in hotel is average. When we checked in, we opted for dinner buffet which is priced moderately. However, barring 2 dishes, none of the buffet platter really enticed us. Their fish in black pepper sauce and Mix Pasta were good. The butter chicken did not taste like one. Their peas and black channa starter was not cooked well. Mix Dal was bland Desserts were not appealing. Their breakfast buffet too is just average Poha was dried. Rawa uttappa lacked taste Eggs to cook were well made. Couple of mini cockroaches were spotted in the area where food was served along with small flies which was a damper.
